Compatibility
405nm LCD/DLP compatible. Validated print settings available on request (tested at 50µm layer height, 2.5s exposure per layer on a 9K-class 405nm LCD printer).

With 25 J/m impact resistance and 25% elongation, printed parts absorb stress and flex rather than cracking under sudden force — a meaningful step up from standard rigid resin. At 80D Shore hardness, it holds crisp detail for figurines, tabletop miniatures, and collectibles, while 30 MPa tensile strength and 1000 MPa elastic modulus give it the backbone for functional parts like brackets, snap-fits, and mechanical fixtures. Print & Cure Procedure
Tested on the Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra (405nm, 9K-class LCD) at 50µm layer heights, 2.5s exposure per layer. Samples were washed alternately in Applied Molecules Solution 27 (a water-based wash solution) at 75°C with an air spray until fully clean, then post-cured for 10 minutes at 365nm and 50°C.
